User-Level Time Zone

Users can generate and view reports for different time zones at the user-level. This allows monitoring teams working across different locations and time zones to view reports based on their desired time formats. Additionally, this option enables easier analysis of incidents affecting customers in different time zones through switching to the preferred format and matching the time zone of the customer. 

To configure the user-level time zone: 

  1. Log in to Site24x7.
  2. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the home page.
  3. Click the User Time Zone drop-down.
  4. Choose the desired time zone in which you would like to generate the report.

All reports can be generated based on the time zone you have selected for scheduled reports and alert emails. These will contain data in the account-level time zone only.
