As part of the regular maintenance at our Saudi Arabia data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Riyadh to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Jeddah on August 23rd, 2024 from 05:30am to 08:30am AST (02:30am to 05:30am GMT). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Riyadh on August 30th, 2024 by 05:30am to 08:30am (02:30am to 05:30am GMT).
We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. We will post an update here once the maintenance is complete. In case you experience any issues, please feel free to email us at [email protected].
Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by allow-listing the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:
199.67.82.0/23 (199.67.82.1 to 199.67.83.254)
https://www.site24x7.sa/ will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's SA service during this period. Please check the service status here.
