As part of the regular maintenance at our Japan data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Tokyo to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Osaka on 21 September, 2024 from 07:30pm to 10:30pm JST (10:30am to 01:30pm GMT). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Tokyo on 28 September, 2024 by 07:30pm to 10:30pm JST (10:30am to 01:30pm GMT).
We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. We will post an update here once the maintenance is complete. In case you experience any issues, please feel free to email us at [email protected].
Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by allow-listing the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:
- 103.163.152.0/23
- 193.118.161.0/24
- 165.173.185.0/25
https://www.site24x7.jp/ will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's JP service during this period. Please check the service status here.
